At Burstein Enterprises Inc., we recognize and take seriously our responsibility to replace products if they are proven to be defective. Burstein Enterprises Inc. does not, however, accept liability for any damage or loss, either direct or consequential, stemming from the use or misuse of any product we distribute. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for an intended procedure prior to use. It is also the responsibility of the user to utilize sterilization/disinfection products/techniques standard to the dental industry and specified within the product instructions. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.

If your DiscoverLight (wand or mount) has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. Contact us for details. All sales are final. No refunds.

Mag Instrument Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on the Maglite flashlight. Instructions for Mag warranty service are included in the DiscoverLight package.
